Singing Workshops & Events

Sun 11 December, 10am to 3pm - Riff Raff Christmas workshop

Elaine and Dan are running a workshop where you will be able to learn a couple of Christmas pop songs in four-part harmony:

  • At The Canopy, Redcatch Community Gardens, Redcatch Park, BS4 2RD
  • Sunday 11 December
  • 10am-3pm
  • Cost: £25
  • We'll have a couple of coffee breaks (nice coffee and other drinks available to buy at the venue) and a lunch break (you can either pre-order food from Roots Café or you can bring your own lunch)
  • There is a small free car park at Redcatch Park (accessed via Broadwalk), otherwise it's free street parking

Sat 8 Oct - Oaken Singing Workshop and Concert

Oaken are a quartet of highly respected choir and workshop leaders teaching and singing a capella folk, pop and original songs arranged in beautiful four part harmonies.

Everyone welcome, irrespective of experience.

Sat 8 Oct, 10.30am to 4pm - Harmonic Temple workshop with Nickomo and Rasullah Clarke

The Harmonic Temple chants are all Nickomo’s compositions. The chants use texts taken from mantras and sayings from different world religions, or are universal affirmations of wholeness. When a group sings these  chants, the feeling created is both uplifting and inspiring, as if you are participating in a living temple of sound. This is ‘The Harmonic Temple’.

When: Saturday 8th October
Where: Wanstrow Village Hall, Near Frome, Somerset. BA4 4SX
